Interchangeable throttlebody ECU-wise

Hello,

I would like to know which throttlebodies are changeable with regards to the connection to the ECU. For instance VR6, G60 or GTI. What sensors are on the throttlebody, and what else do I need to consider? Reason for asking is that I am looking at repositioning the throttlebody in front of the supercharger.
