Timing... distributor adjustment and strobe

Need to time up the engine.. crankshaft pulley has 2 marks.. see pic.. which one needs to line up with the arrow on the timing belt cover? Thanks

On a standard pulley (working in a clockwise direction) the first mark is cam timing and the second is ignition timing.
