Polo g40 crank pulley

Here there I am in the process of doing my g60 Charger conversion I brought a 5pk belt kit and pulleys from max rpm but the bottom pulley is not not wide enough as rubs on my brackets and other pulleys I have made do they do a wider one or is it a case of having one made ?
If anyone could help that would be great

It should be a direct replacement,  mine was. Was just a simple case of old one off new one on then slip the belt on.

I can't remember but it may be handed/sided so could be worth taking it off and having a good look before you try again and make sure (sounds stupid but we've all been there).
