G40/GT polo, car and parts job lot.

i've finally made the decision to let the polo go. (and all the bits i had amassed to turbo it)

its a 1991 G40 in tornado red (pink) needs a bit of TLC,
done 190K  
mostly standard G40,
Except;

GT ENGINE. (this engine/box has done about 175K)
borbet T wheels with 195/45 r15 tyres (needs new fronts)
chassis has been stitched and seam welded all round engine bay (with plates welded in the corners of the chassis legs to beef things up)
has custom guage pod with 'boost' and oil pressure autometer guages fitted.
at the moment the alternator is not charging but other than that it runs well.  
been stood for about 6 months, was running around in it until then.  


then there's the bits;
ported GT inlet manifold
G40 ECU (not sure what chip but its not standard)
PSD 1341 G40 cam
engine internals crank rods etc
2 engine blocks, one which was 1341 which will need another bore.... (long story)
one standard block (1272) which could be bored out to 1341 (or whatever) (has some scoring so needs to be bored out).
loads of bottom end seals nuts bolts etc
standard G40 inlet and exhaust mannifolds
rear shelf (complete with both rubber chords in good condition)
STD G40 intercooler
brand new landrover defender intercooler (big and fits between chassis legs 'just')
various G40 boost pipes (mor or less all of them i think)
G40 steering wheel in good condition (not loose if you know what i mean)
1 G40 head (no cam) needs to be rebuilt (was planning new valves etc)
1 GT head ( also has no cam) buought this with valves missing, but casting is good..
audi S2 callipers and full rebuild kit (inc new pads)

there are more bits like clips and plastics trims from interior and arch trims side strips etc

i'm looking to get rid as a job lot for £750.  i don't have time to sell bits off here and there...

Update,

I have also found a PSD uprated long driveshaft, (never used). 

Price for the lot now £500.  (the bits are worth 500 quid alone to someone who wants to sell them off.., so its basically a free car..)

Yes. I PM'd him on Fri and he replied pretty quick. May be best to send him a message as he doesn't come on a lot I'd guess(only posted twice)

No, afraid not. It's in South Wales if that helps?

His message to me;

GT engine-stock from a J reg GT.  done about 170K good runner. 

at the moment the alternator is not charging, and the front tyres are on the wear markers (195 45 15).  other than that it drives well, and should go through MOT (haven't checked the lights)

no not a complete G40 setup.  no charger, new pistons would be needed.  I was going to build a turbo, so the head was stripped ready for some work....

No idea I'm afraid, reg is blurred out too so can't look it up on DVLA/ ebay

Initially, yes. I decided it wasn't for me though, although there seems to be a lot of stuff there for the money so began reconsidering, then realised I won't ever actually get round to doing anything with it. If it was black I'd have it regardless, but it's not, so...... I won't.
