Oil leak from intercooler.

Hi guys!! There seems to be the odd drop of oil coming from the bottom of my intercooler recently, can't seem to hear any air leaking or anything. I've not long had the charger fully serviced could it be a faulty seal? I didn't notice it before I had this done but then again I never really looked. I'm still running the standard boost return hose so oil vapour will be flowing through but enough to drop out?
Any help very welcome!!

I would check the oil return hose of the charger it could have come loose or not sealing properly or even being damaged and dropping oil! Its directly behind the intercooler assuming you are using the standard one and not a front mount.

What GR40 is what I would say too. Or I found the banjo bolt copper washers for oil feeds to supercharger needed replacing, that helped.
As Intercooler is directly under (give or take) the supercharger any leak there could be from either.

I did check oil feed pipes when I refitted the charger to make sure of any leaks but I will do so again and get back to you.

No oil lines seems to be leaking? There doesn't seem to be any oil on the back of the intercooler just the bottom front. What could this mean?

is it normal to have this much oil running through the boost pipes?

Definatelly no! But I dont think this is from inside the boost pipes unless you have a boost leak too at that exact spot! You could take the lower boost colar out and check inside the intercooler for oil. If there is significant oil inside the pipes then the charger could be leaking!

It could be an oil leak from anywhere on the driver's side of the block, and then the supercharger pulleys spray it around, and then it settles on the lowest point - corner of intercooler?? Just an idea.

Cheers guys! I checked today for any oil leaking and couldn't find anything. I've had the IC of and cleaned it all up and there was a little oil inside, is this normal? I tried tipping it upside down and it wouldnt come out. Could this be partly the loose kluber after charger rebuild?

It does actually in the photo, could just be the camera flash? It doesn't look as shiny normally. It wasn't runny though :-s
