oil pump bolts

I'm trying to get hold of some new oil pump bolts.  It's the two strange, flat headed allen bolts that hold the pump in.  They are very soft metal, the ones I have in there have been re-used once already so the heads are pretty well mashed now.

Looking at vagcat, I can't see them listed.  Where I'd expect to see them it just shows "hexagonal head bolt" which doesn't sound right.  Does anyone know if VW replaced these bolts with standard hex head ones?

Has anyone sourced any replacements from anywhere?

I've attached a screenshot from vagcat, fairly sure they're right going off the picture but the description doesn't sound right.

It's the part labelled (2) in the picture by the way

ah I didn't think this would be a fairly standard bolt.  I've ordered from your first link there, didn't really want stainless steel.

Ta very much!

The only problem with it is that the ebay sellers is called "Balls Fasteners" which is a bit unfortunate.

So now I have history on my account of buying things from "Balls Fasteners"

I thought they had a big flat head? Not like a normal socket head????

These are half height heads though so I think will do. I'll see when I have them.

You might be ok... I thought they had a big penny sized head but could be wrong!

I can't remember the exact size but if these hold it in then I can't see it being a problem.  That vagcat/ekta pic seems to just show normal hex head bolts which is a bit weird.
