transmission oil leak

Hi guys,
My g40 has suddenly started leaking transmission oil. Its been stood for years buy now im trying to restore it its starting to leak.
It seems to be coming from where the gear stick linkage is. Is this common? Whats the procedure to stop it.

look a little harder dude theres plenty on changing the selector shaft seal on here. try the search bar.
