I'll second that. I purchased what looked like a LHD passenger tail light but when it arrived it turned out to be a tinted item.

I PM'd him to say I wasn't happy and asked for my money back. In return I would post the tail lights back to him. He apologised and the money was refunded the next day.

No fuss, just set his mistake right. That's what makes a good seller.
