Took me years to hunt one of these down, managed to get one a few years back and then sold my Mk3 last October so no longer required.

For sale is:

7.5l Washer tank
Windscreen pump
Headlamp washer pump
Washer jets
Loom & relays
Washer jets mounted into front GT bumper - factory fitted so in the correct locations
Water pipes & associated clips.
