Spark Plug gaps

Hi guys,

pretty simple question for someone I'm sure. What should the spark plug gaps be on the G40?

Also, I got hold of a set of NGK plugs through my friends work supplier and he seems to think highly of them because of the type of cars they use them in. Is he correct in saying they are good quality?

ngk recommend 0.8mm for the bp7evx and yes they are good quality
