Another question... blow off valve... i find in ebay

Hello!
Searching in Ebay, I find a blow off valve, from a german shop, I mail there, and response me fast, send me a Pdf with photos, but it´s in german.
I don´t know where go the other tube, not the tube come from the T-piece, the another, the tube it goes to the manifold or there...
can anyone say me?
It´s this bad to engine?¿ I will have less power??
