G40 polo for around £2500 or under

Hello I'm looking for a g40 and have £2500 to spend, might be able to stretch abit more for the right car

Ideally want a modified car but will concider a standard one if it's clean

dont take because they have been up for awhile as a bad thing.

because not many G40 buyers come along that often as its a very niche market.

mine is currently in bits (finishing changing cambelt/water pump/new coolant & supercharger service and new backbox) once finished it'll  be at BVF (see post in the shows thread)

Its completely stock apart from 4 brand new uprated shocks (stock ride height though)  4 owners, loads of history. Approx 110k miles from memory and i've owned it 5 years.

Mechanics wise its pretty good if i do say so myself.

Bodywork.. polishes up ok, but you can't polish a turd - needs paint really.

I have a g40 quite heavily tuned, only been on the road few months and due to points on licence and badly paying job can't afford to run her. Want 3000 but had can't seem to get that so was thinking about breaking it. If interested let me know. Or px? :-)
