Top Mount "How to"

Hi guys

I'm still struggling to get my car height correct and a few days ago I got from FK a top mount lowering kit, however I don't have the slightest clue of how to assemble this.

Does anyone have a picture of something like this assembled, or can give me a few tips ?

where did you get that from because i need some and are they damping rings ...?

I got this ones from FK Automotive , however I think they dont fit on g40 (that's why I was having trouble to fit them) , seems like they are for the mk1 polo
