AP kits are better than your standard cheapest kits, and a 40/30 drop will be noticable but keep you out of trouble with speed bumps. Ride quality is meant to be good too.

These will fit ALL Mk2s, ALL Mk3s, and I think Mk1s if you swap to later struts.
