pillar pods

hi guys i was browsing on you tube and i saw a g40 that had a pillar pod fitted

dose any body know were i can get one of these from

or get one custum made from

i brought one a while ago from halfrauds. Was a universal jobbie so you have to carefully trim the edges to get it to sit flush with the pillar. Never used it in the end as i changed cars. was roughly £20

yeh i was thinking that i should buy a universal one but do you recone i can get it on the g40 pillar because the g40 trim is tiny lol

looks the same as my old mk3. I wasn't sure how to go about trimming the pod to sit flush and the screws supplied were so tiny, they were fookin useless! I've probably got the pod hanging around somewhere actually.....

if the pillar pods look tatey i will not bother its just i  have a boost gauge and i wanted to put it some where it looks gd

I think they can look good if done right although i like my gauges to be somewhere in front of me to stop me looking away from the road.

Put it in the driver side air vent, thats where I used to keep mine! Looks the business...
