ARB Block dimensions

I have the means to make up my own ARB blocks to my own material spec. But don't have any dimensions.
Obviously ill just have to get the rule out and work it out. Unless any one could do me a huge favour and give me some dimensions of theirs. Would be greatly appreciated.
