probably a silly question but did any G's come with factory tinted glass?? and are the front fogs easy to get hold of cos you dont see many cars on here with em

Yeah tinted glass was available.
Front fogs are quite difficult to get hold of now and go for silly money for what they are.

I paid £100 for mine. They were mint con though.

I've retrofitted it to my white one. The hardest one to sort is the rear screen as it is bonded in so you need to pay a window fitter to sort that one.

I paid £75 for my fogs back in 2004 or so, I bought them from some guy over in france.

I've paid less than £100 for some brand new and original (stored for years) from VW Heritage. They are from Germany in a wharehouse. Should be here before xmas

These come in yellow, but I have been told that you can get clear lenses from VW UK, haven't check myself so can't confirm that.
