What is the g40 engine code?? Is it AAV???

you can put the G40 internals into the AAV but you need provisions for the charger oil return and knock sensor.

buy an ABD block and i've got a balanced set of pistons (machined for lower compression), crank and rods, which got over 200bhp in Tommos mk3, only after 150 for them, should be able to get an ABD block for a little of 50 quid!

You could get a decent PY bottom end for that. I've sold a reasonable PY bottom end for £100 in the past.
