Was just wondering if the pipe that connects to the breather pods outlet pipe is definately 1" in diameter? couldnt find any in b&q...

Do you need to cable tie it in place or wil the pipe be on tight enough?

yep thats the correct size. I used a jubilee clip.

Jubilee clip is a much better idea than a tie wrap, means you can adjust / remove is necessary.
