Front mount intercooler kit??

Hi, does any 1 have a spare front mount intercooler kit?
If not does any 1 know who does 1? Or even another cooler that fits with hoses etc? Cheers!

ive got a bmw 330d, nissan and merc sprinter intercoolers, not after more than 50 quid each, can get pics and dimensions for you tonight if req.

As does a Cosworth one, Not sure if it's Escort, Sierra, or what though.

Might be worth measuring the area then heading to a scrappie that has them on the shelf so you can browse through them. You'll find they'll be a lot cheaper there than new and gives you an excuse to fit silicone hoses too instead of the standard ballooning ones. I intend on doing that soon but probably not until I've fitted the 30 or so things I have piled up

Would a Sprinter one fit though? I remember it being pretty big on a Polo

No one really makes a kit for a g40, not enough demand I guess.

Get in touch with PPP, they might be able to do something for you.

theres probs a few merc sprinter ones, mines is about a third of the height of that one.

Good point. This is an old one (V reg style I believe) It's the same as a Vito one too (of the same age) for reference!

Ive got a AW tracksport cooler going spare but it might be abit overkill for your needs!
