Late SPI to Early G40... Loom Issues!!!

Not got round to doing a build thread for my new G project but basically kicked it off this weekend... and so far so good but I have hit one big stumbling block...

The G40 (donor) loom is from a J-Plate and the SPI (Original) loom is an M-Plate...

I do not have the headlight loom from the G40 and I have found that now it is all wired up I am left with a plug with no home by the coil... where on the early headlight loom you have a plug which powers the coil...

There are two redundant plugs opposite the fuse box in the rain tray...

Just basically wondering if anyone can offer any advice towards a solution or whether I need to get hold of an early headlight loom...

Any help greatly appreciated...

Have a look on ClubPolo for a thread by me about putting GT injection on an M reg AAV, there's some pics but not a full description. The same mods worked for my early G40 loom. Bit late today but I can write an FAQ tomorrow. When are you looking to do the work?

I was going in to meltdown by 11pm on sunday after 20hours working on the car and then not knowing how to sort the last bit of wiring!

Loving being back in a G again!!!
