hey guys

basicaly ive got near enough everything to finish my eaton conversion

bar the supercharger pulley, and a few other little bits

with the pulley being near impossible to get hold of, im going to have to get one made up, presumably CNC'd?

if anyone knows the dimensions and how many teeth etc these pulleys have id really appreciate them

also any other info on them too

cheers

psd made 2 types of pullys a 24 toothed one and another larger one but cant remember how many teeth it had. i have a 24 toothed one but its really worn so if you can find somewhere that will make you some i,ll take a couple from you as spares

gathering its a 65mm pulley?

any one know how wide?

or any other dimensions

yeah ill see what i can do once ive got all the measurements etc, and what kind of price i could come up with

I've been looking into replicating these for a while now the 24 tooth should have a 28 tooth alternator and a 48 tooth crank pulley

PSD made 2 types - which are we talking about. the custom toothed pulley - or the one with the sleeved adapter to fit a standard eaton

not sure really that is just what i,ve picked up reading the forum all i know is mine is the 24tooth one i think the belt is 20mm wide so the pully needsto be a lil wider, next time im at home i,ll measure the pully and getback too you. i would love a spare as mine is really worn and i really dont want to go back to ribbed belt set up as i had to run with it that tight the belt got hot and only lasted about 150 mile lol

im talking about the one with the sleeved adapter

ill also check the amount of teeth on my other pulleys
