Small guide to remove the O piece in throttle body

Hi went to de wedge the throttle body today but didnt get round to it, just wondering how to take out the smalle O piece that they are connected to, so i can properly seal the holes after.

just has two screws in it, remove them, open the throttle and the disc slides out.
