polo cv joints/driveshafts

Ive had a look on etka and the part number is different for the g40 cv's and drivehsafts. Once again vw no longer sell these 

Will normal mk3 cv's fit on, just need it to work for now so long term is not an issue.
Its just the n/s short one im after atm

yeah non-g40 ones fit, I'm not convinced there is actually any real difference between g40 and non-g40 ones, they sure as hell look the same.

both original number for g40 and non g40 "superceed" in the non genuine parts , they are dimensionally the same, just maybe g40 originals had a higher quality control
seen it hundreds of times before (i used to work for vw) they have same item but best ones have different partnumber lol
