Hello to all,

I've sorted a club g40 camping/show spot at British VW Festival for 2nd/3rd/4th July.  They give you a stand/plot depending on how many people actually book in advance, which you can easily do on their site.  They have changed it this year as you quite often get clubs which dont have enough space and others which have a huuuge pitch with one or two cars.

This is an ace show so i'd encourage people to book and come meet everyone - and dont forget the free beer offer which is here....  http://www.polog40.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,4249.0.html

The site to book at is www.bvwf.co.uk and you need a password specific to the club - this is supercharged.

So come on everyone - get it booked.  Its only £30!

Well one reason why i bought my car is to be able to go to meets and shows etc and usually there all up north and too far to travel but this one is only a 2 hour drive so count me in for this one. Will be good to meet up!

That's great - but if people don't book on the site, then we don't get a pitch.  I'll be booking soon enough.

I'll get mine booked shortly.  Are they going to put us next to Club Polo again as per usual?

I'll be there but probably not until Saturday and probably in the Corrado.

why in the rado?  tell her how it is!!!!  still have to book it on club g40 or there wont be room and you'll be in the randoms camping area.

so are they actually planning on marking out each club stand in a different size depending on how many cars each one has booked?  Seems like a bit of a nightmare to organise!  Do you know what the cut-off for booking a place on the club stand is (since I assume they're going to need a fair while to organise these spaces)?
