Is the smaller pipe coming off the boost return to the rocker cover just a crankcase breather? I accidently kinked mine and the oil came out of the dipstick!!

Also what s the best way to increase the blow off noise? (if thats the write term)

yeah it's the breather pipe so a kink in it will cause excessive crank case pressure like that.
