Starter Relay?

replaced my starter after it let me down, but nothing not beep when trying to start it can't hear the relay, where can i find the relay, if under the scuttle which one? i have tested the ignition feed to the starter and got nothing

brand new starter and battery got a live feed to starter and a ignition feed but still the starter does nothing, also replaced gearbox earth strap still nothing anyone got any idea?

i shoudn,t need to bypass the starter cus it brand new, also im defently geting an ignition feed. could the wire from alternater and then the one that goes to the battery cud they be the wrong way round if u get, the other shud be closest to the battery if that makes sense

there are two spade connectors on the starter.  The plug needs to go on the one nearest the engine,make sure its no on the one nearest the scuttle - i've done this before and it just wont start
