Vacuum Pipe Map

Hey guys, want to check that all my vacuum pipe are ok.
heres a diagram of what i have done - please let me know whats wrong with it!



im not sure about the boost gauge position really. i did have it (when car was purchased) on a "T" piece in the fuel reg line - but i thought that wasnt right, so i have a new line there and have moved it.
