How much is it worth..

Guys how much would a bare g40 block and head beworth with no history? also how much are the g40 gearboxes worth without history too? Someone offered me a car just seeing if its worth the money as theres no charger or brackets and the interior isnt even worth burning...no arch trims either.

bout £150 -£200 block - £50-100 head.

not sure on those prices if the engine has an unknown history, unknown mileage too?  I paid £50 for a bottom end with unknown history and unknown mileage.  

Box is probably worth £100-£150 although unknown mileage and history puts a big question mark on that too.

It's a bit of a risk if you don't know if the engine & box are any good or not.  The car would need to be pretty cheap.

Just got home with it. it cost me little money so i had to take a chance. only thing missing is the charger and the exhaust.
