Garrett T25 with Forge actuator

i have a garrett T25 turbo for sale, with a forge actuator to suit, i got this off my mates fiesta RS turbo for my conversion but i'm looking more towards a K03 as i'd need to bore out my engine with this thing,
turbo worked fine and boosted up spot on, the actuator is an uprated one with a stiffer spring inside and is in good condition ( no split diaphram etc )
i'm looking for around £150 or make me an offer.

Have you got a pic of the actuator mount? Need to make one for my GT25, but would be easier if there's one I can get direct from Forge.
