Oil leak

HI
Have any oil leak coming from the top of the engine been told its because of a metal gasket and cant be properly seald! is this true?????

where about is the leak? a pic would be good!  or better description

mine weeps slightly too where the main oil gallery above the alternator is, common thing with the metal gaskets.

Thanks...is it worth changing?? i dont seem to be loosing oil that much so aint that bad but would be nice to stop it!
