hey..i have my t40 running good now apart from the fueling part
its soo heavy on fuel i tell ya £15 just knocking round ect nowere far or anything,
when i had the car it was SC and i have now turbo'd it.when i 1st had it the blue temp plug has 3 resistors in the plug and not connected to the sensor, when plugged in it overfuels and lumpy on take off from still.i hav set the co-plot thing to 550ish i have 245cc at 3bar injectors off a vauxhall astra 2l 16v i dont think the g60 ones would make much diffrence, the lad i had it off said it over fuels when the plug is on due to the wire being different so i chopped it off where joined and put the plug on and still the same,,need this sorted asap or its going :-( once driving it on full boost its fine really goes well need a better cluch soon though as it slips at full boost on the bypass
turbo chip(for g60 injectors but mine are the same cc nearly)
245cc injectors
cheers lads ???

probably needs a remap.  Plus whats all this about chopping wires?  The plug on what?

thats what im thinking where though??wrexham im from..the blue temp sensor plug had been joined into the loom to the original wires and the guy said the wire has different Resistance dont think thats right though,,is there anything i can do for now to sort the fueling out till a remap??supercharger chip??smaller injectors??

lance

dont drive it till its right, not worth getting wash and scoaring your bores.

could it have something to do with the resistance of the injectors?!?

If anything, it should be underfueling, as your injectors are slightly smaller than the G60 ones.

Check all the wiring, especially the grounds, and check your lambda
