turbo conversion

hi people looking to do a turbo conversion on my 1341 bottom end, ive got a mk2 golf (1.3 carb) cylinder head which will fit but would the cam be able to run with the turbo? i want it to be big valve head aswell, and want it ported and flowed really well and big lol anyone know best place to get this done?
