As the title says ive just popped my head gasket >:( and want to put a metle up-rated 1 on it.  Does anyone  know were i can get one from?

they are a mk4 polo 1.4 1.6 8v one - same part number as g40 but ends in ah instead.  Use standard mk3 head bolts.

GSF can sort you out.
