Need some help here please, it's a daft question but please bear with me

Just packaging up the bits I sold to take the postie today, and I need to make sure I'm sending the right bits out...

When Pete told me I had an ISV I never quite looked and saw exactly what it looked like. The Haynes manual is proving to be useless too.

Does anyone have a picture showing what it looks like? I don't want to send the wrong bits out!
