can any1 point me in right direction of where to bye weld in replacement body parts eg boot floor and lower valance. cheers guys. sorry im james quite new to the g40 life style but realy loving it

If you can still get (and afford) genuine VW panels I would get those as they will definately fit well. In my experience a lot of pattern panels are poor quality and need a fair bit of work to get them to fit. Depending on how bad the rust is I would just weld in patches, particularly if the affected areas are not visible from the outside.
