I have never set up a charger before and got the car without it on so going along with it. The two hoses that you get on the charger, where do they attach to on the engine?? I always see one of them dangle over the top or go through an unused boost return guide hole on the rocker cover, but you dont see where they disappear to.

Thanks

the top one attaches to a t-piece in one of the oil pressure sensor holes.

The bottom one bolts into a hole in the block just above the sump.

this is where a good photo/image section would come in handy.

Cool, I will have a hunt around for these holes lol.

But yeah I agree pictures are always a huge help. Can proov to be inconvenient however.

Ok, so I I now know where the hose goes on the head, Ive seen it fitted to the whole nearest the edge. Will that t-peice come with the hose when I have one made up?

Isnt really obviouse where the one goes just above the sump, is it a hole next to where the dipstick guide goes into the block?(works out to be the inlet side near the bottom of the block).

Cheers

I wouldn't have thought so unless you'd asked for one but you'll have to ask whoever is making it for you.  I wouldn't think they'd supply you with the normal VW one.

the return pipe goes to the front of the block.

Will I need the VW original one? or does someone like GSF do a reproduction one? Any part numbers?(sorry dont have ETKA).

Ok cool ill have a look at where It may go.
Thanks
