Good time to buy a G40 conversion?

It might be the ol' credit crunch playing big factor, but its does appear recently that there are loads of G40 engines/conversions for sale at the moment. Common theme seems to be people selling on parts which have been horded in garages for a rainy day, but have decided to change plans. I too have a spare conversion which i'm umming and ahhing about letting go, simply because i don't have the time anymore with my new job.
