Race engine.…overhaul....who to use??

Normally would do it myself down at my friend's workshop, but stuck for time and he's very busy running Touring cars so may have to look else where.

So who is the top man to go to, looking for near as possible to the Nth London, Watford, Herts area.

Car has about 50 miles on since full replace everything re build but has started smoking badly.

John Wilcox have a good reputation- I've not used them myself personally but plently of ford/vauxhall boys who race go there.
