H-beam section connecting rods are forged from AISI 4340 (En24) steel, for the G40 (PY) Engine.
Rod Length. 122mm
Small End Dia. 20mm
Big End Dia. 45.02mm
ARP2000 5/16" thread Bolts
As I found a few years ago, above 200bhp the standard rods are on borrowed time. Replaced the standard items with PEC ones and not had a problem since (Engine now in Jezza's VWDRC Drag Polo).
