Standard Injectors/250cc chip

what injectors have you got it?  It should run Ok on the standard chip with standard injectors.  I'd not expect it to run very well with 250cc injectors and a chip designed for 180cc ones, it'll over fuel quite a lot.  Might run (badly) but it'll never have a chance of getting through the emissions test.

I'd re-book the MOT, or try to get it running on stock injectors and stock chip. If you go down the latter route, slacken the actuator off so you won't go on boost at all.

Got it to run on standard chip and injectors. Then got my G60's today and fitted them with the other chip. Runs fine
