i dont know which is correct - i have a brand new in the box water pump in my garage with my 1W build but i cant get to it just yet to confirm which numbers which

the seal for the pump on its own is
030 121 043 B (4mm)
030 121 043 A (5mm) which i think its for a worn or corroded leaking block

Throttle body seal - 030 133 073 A

Exhaust manifold studs  - N044 410 4 M8x28
Inlet manifold studs - N044 408 2

Is the head of the 3F gt engine same to the g40?

The heads are all the same I think?

A G40 has sodium coated valves and a different cam but I think every other part is the same.

I would just go to my local parts supplier and buy a head gasket / top end kit.
