Hello, does anyone have the wiring diagram of central locking? I messed up in the replacement and does not work.

mk3 polos don't have central locking so I assume you mean some aftermarket kit or alarm system?  You'll need to find the specific one for whatever kit or alarm you have.

I thought that is original vw, I always had this relay 2043018 I do not remember how the wires are connected
