brake conversion

I am thinking of converting my brakes. I hav been told that it is a waste of time putting rear discs on as they are very light at the back as it is, I don't no what ppl opinion is on rear disc conversion? But Imo defo changing fronts to 256 mm

just stick with 256mm on the front and then rebuild the drums at the back, clean them up and replace anything that needs replacing so they'll adjust up nicely.  If you fit discs at the back you'll need some kind of bias valve so it's over braked at the back.
