No i didnt pay anything. I got all confirmation emails saying that the club stand is booked etc.

Thank you for registering your interest in a Club Camping Plot for BVF 2012!

We are pleased to confirm your plot at this years show! In the next few days you will receive your information pack that contains all the information you need to camp at BVF 2012

Now that you have your club camping plot confirmed your members can start registering!
When you registered you chose the Club Member Password 'supercharged'. Make sure all your members know this password so when they book online they can link their booking to your club. Not knowing the password will mean their booking might end up in General Camping and your club could loose out on the allocated space!

Jezza, I don't think that's a stand as we normally have.  It just means they'll let us go together in the camping area basically.

Do you want me to ring them up and clarify what we have and make sure it's what we normally have?  Do you have a number for whoever you spoke to?

Ok i spoke to terry via email and he said to me:

Hi James

Are you talking about Club Camping or a Club Display Area?
Peter Mirfin booked a club Display area Last Year I have sent him a booking
form
Please note this is for those People who want to Display there Vehicle I
will Endeavour to put an area directly behind for other club members that do
not wish to display just camp.
All persons pay at gate or advance book online  The Display area is 15m x
15m and is £55 this includes entry & camping for two adults that are in
charge of that area.

You can give me a call on 07889101053 if you are not sure

Regards

Terry

I guess pete would of been sent booking stuff rather than myself who actually booked it this year. Will call him tomorrow.
