Is 28 teeth 78mm? Standard pulley?

I'm goin for the 30lbs mustang ones it looks like.

28 teeth = 75 mm

I'm going to change injectors to Volvo's 0-280-150-785 using 24 teeth pulley.

And by 24 teeth 68-70mm
The 70mm I looked at is 70mm
I've not yet found a 68mm toothed pulley

German gears have 8 mm pitch, so for example the outside diameter of 26 teeth gear
Do = 8/3,14 * (26+2) = 71,3 [mm]

Precise diameters for each pulley:
28 teeth = 76,4 mm
26 teeth = 71,3 mm
24 teeth = 66,2 mm
22 teeth = 61,1 mm

On the max rpm website they offer a 70mm which they call 24 teeth too and on another site bar tek I think? It's 68mm?...

It's 24 teeth I'll run.. Seems a popular choice and a am looking for max power

Was it that charger on ebay for £750?

When i looked at a jabba stage 4 it was ported really well. Its the same as a full blend. When i had a PSD full blend and a R1 jabba charger, the jabba one was miles better than the full blend. Stage 4 on a g60 is the same as an R1 spec g40.

Oh and its defo worth a rebuild! Wouldnt trust g werks! You will need the high rpm bearings too!

So im assuming you will run a Stage 4 too ?
No wanting to be running a lesser Spec! ..

now am looking for injectors i can only find a volvo/saab set 350cc 32LB i dono if they will work.. but im assuming yes as they listen jetta 2.0

Well im not sure if im gonna use jabba as im gonna get it serviced by someone else and get his mate to do the porting asi have seen pics of his work and its better than jabba!

You need to get the high rpm bearings though.

I've mailed a few people and also jabba.
Once a pick up charger I'll inspect to see if the porting is enough.

Where did you buy all your parts ie map sensor conv bracket belt pulley

W5 or W4? .. do i need the colder plugs?
