Just wondering which ones people go for, and why. What are the advantages of each? Undecided as of yet what to go for on a 1.4 based engine

Thanks. One thing i forgot to mention, is there a specific type of t25 that people use on polos? I only ask because i know you need the transverse mounted KO3s
