g-charger renovation

hi i have renovatet my g40 charger because it only made 0.7 bar, but know i have put it together again but now it only makes 0.5 bar??
what can i have done wrong??

where did you get the rebuild kit from? i've come across one rebuild kit where the 'new' apex seal strips were smaller than worn ones.

Could be that the outlet dome+hose isn't on right. Or you've not retensioned the apex seal springs properly.

Could be a number of thingsreally
