I am doing an engine swap into my Polo 6n using a G40 engine.

My polo has electric windows and electric wing mirrors. What would i have to do to make them 'work' as i believe the car the engine came from didn't have electric windows or mirrors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Might want to think about a beefier alternator, but that's about it. The windows and mirrors are part of the body wiring harness, so you don't need to change anything there to swap the engine over.

Oh perfect i just thought that if the previous car didn't have the electric windows and mirrors it wouldn't have the necessary wiring :)

Okie dokie i'll look into the alternator.
