a normal G40-charger has ca. 0,5-0,6 Bar with a series pulley. The G45 have ca. 0,9 (+/-) bar.
I don't think, that you get a boost pressure more than 1,0 bar. Until 1,0 bar, the series MAP sensor works. (Thank you Andy for your correction!)
My advise ist, that at first you still use your series MAP sensor. After all modifications are made (on your car/engine), you should check your max. boost pressure.
By the way, the boost pressure is not only depending from the G-charger. Modifications like a tuning cam shaft or a cylinder capacity expansion (not to mention a leak in the boost pressure loop) could be could be result in a more less boost pressure.
